RETURN / SELLING POLICY

Our Return Policy

 

 

We accept returns on all unopened products** within 14 days of  receiving your website orders .  Return shipping costs are paid by buyer and a 5% restocking fee will be subtracted from the return to the original funding source

 

If the product is opened we can't offer a full refund, but we can offer a coupon code for 1/2 the msrp of the product)  

All refunds will be processed back to your  original funding source.

Our Selling Policies

 

For manufacturer packaging errors of contents, missing bits, broken bits etc. on "unreleased or limited release items, our customer service solutions are limited as the items were only ever sold in that one limited release box set, our customer service options are limited as those items were never released individually.  If a large box set is missing a single 'bit' etc, contains a bent bit, there is no real repalcement option for that bit, as the bit is only available in that large box set, we will do our best to make things right, but we will offer a pre-paid return label and get you a full refund for the entire box as soon as that box set is shipped back to us.

Limited Release Kill Team box sets special policy :  We often will sell the limited release kill team box sets, these are usually the larger 11''x8''x4'' box sets that contain 2x kill teams, often some terrain and sometimes cards, these box sets are usually manufactured with thin wall boxes and contain extremely heavy contents, although we do our best to get them to a customer safely, due to the thin nature of the box and heavy contents, these boxes often even arrive to us with small corner damage on the thin wall boxes, please understand that this is very common in these box sets.  We understand the importance of the look of a nice clean crisp box, however, this is a very common on these box sets, if having a perfectly prestine box is ultimately important to you, please come in to our shop and pick out the perfect box 

Items purchased in the same order as  Pre-order Items will ship when the pre-order items arrive and will ship together.

*The Rogue Traders Gaming (noahs Ark Games Inc.) Is not responsible and will not replace items that are shipped to the wrong address do to a buyer entering the wrong shipping address into an order.  Please double check your saved address's and update your address if you recently moved.

How Do I Cancel An Order?

If your order has not shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to: gamingstore@theroguetraders.com , please include your order number, and we will do our best to cancel it before it ships.  Please do not send a message to our social media accounts for cancellations, as those accounts are not monitored daily.

If we can cancel your order a full refund will be processed to your original funding source (please allow 3 business days for the payment to process) 

If your order has already shipped, we will provide you with a returns address and a full refund will be processed within 3 working days of your order having been returned and received by us in a resalable condition.

I entered the wrong address into my order and it has allready shipped, now what? *

A common mistake made with online sales, is not updating shipping address's assigned to different payment sources, google pay, apple pay, paypal etc.

The Rogue Traders Gaming is not responsible for the loss of orders shipped to an address that was incorrectly entered by the buyer, HOWEVER we will do our best to work with you on the process.

1) Often these packages are returned to sender

2) We can attempt a package redirect of the order, an additional $20 fee is required to be be paid by the buyer to redirect a package to a correct address. (don't shoot the messenger, this what they charge us) The package intercept process is not always 100% successful however , if the intercept fails, the $20 will be refunded.

3) One of the reasons we use USPS for 99% of our orders, we have learned over time, generally your postal carrier knows your name and recognizes that you moved, and often they will enter return to sender.  UPS does not do that, they will deliver it to your address regardless if they recognize the incorrect address.
