Our Return Policy
We accept returns on all unopened products** within 14 days of receiving your website orders . Return shipping costs are paid by buyer.
If the product is opened we can't offer a full refund, but we can offer a coupon code for 1/2 the msrp of the product)
All refunds will be processed back to your original funding source.

Our Selling Policy

Unfortunately we cannot Combine or add items to orders placed
Items purchased in the same order as Pre-order Items will ship when the pre-order items arrive and will ship together.

How Do I Cancel An Order?

If your order has not shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to: gamingstore@theroguetraders.com , please include your order number, and we will do our best to cancel it before it ships. Please do not send a message to our social media accounts for cancellations, as those accounts are not monitored daily.

If we can cancel your order a full refund will be processed to your original funding source (please allow 3 business days for the payment to process)
If your order has already shipped, we will provide you with a returns address and a full refund will be processed within 3 working days of your order having been returned and received by us in a resalable condition.

Rewards points and Cancellations*

Rewards points (coupon codes generated from rewards that are re-deemable on orders) are non refundable
The rewards program is an automated system that runs in the back-ground of the website - it is a fully automated system that calculates rewards
​
If a coupon code is used on an order and you wish the order cancelled - the system will not refund your coupon code - that code is used up - so please be mindful when using your coupon codes.
When coupon codes are used on an order - the system does not award rewards points on those orders.

*Rewards points have no cash value - rewards points cannot be redeemed for cash, they can only be used to discount orders placed on www.theroguetraders.com
