Menu for 2 $60: Choose any 3 tartlets, any 3 half glasses of wine, 2 desserts and 2 dessert wines.
Menu for 1 $25: One tartlet, one half glass of wine, one dessert and one dessert wine.

WINES BY THE GLASS:
Old Vine Zinfandel: our vino de casa is medium bodied with flavors of ripe cherries, plum and raisin and a long warm finish.
Dolcetto: subtle earthiness with plum and peppery spice
Cabernet Sauvignon: a full bodied cab, the color of eggplant with flavors of sweet dried stone fruit.
Garage Blend: this blend of alicante, zinfandel and petite sirah is medium to full bodied with smooth flavors of fresh plum.
Sangiovese: The Sang is fresh, light and a lean mouthful of bright cherry flavors.:
Dessert Wine: our fortified wine is made from old vine zinfandel and wine brandy with flavors of subtle plum.
The Frenchy Tartlet : A healthy twist on a classic French goat cheese tartlet. Our hearty crust is filled with caramelized onions, Sierra Nevada goat cheese, kale & sweet potatoes.
The Endless Summer Tartlet: We saved you a little bit of Summer. Think of a savory blackberry pie that pairs great with wine. It looks like dessert, but tastes like dinner. It’s packed with protein & no sugar is added. Our hearty crust is filled with blackberries picked at the peak of the season, caramelized onions & kale are cooked in a sauce of fig balsamic, lemon juice, olive oil & pickled jalapeños. We top it off with Sierra Nevada goat cheese blended with quinoa, lemon zest & toasted lavender.
Mousse Tartlet with Umami Chèvre (gluten free) (vegan option available): The three creamy & light elements of this tartlet become one when they’re heated. A delicate balance of roasted beets & squash are pureed into a mousse topped with an umami chèvre made from Sierra Nevada goat cheese & chimichurri. Hiding underneath it all is a bean puree made from cranberry beans, caramelized onions, a vegetarian demi-glace, olive oil & pickled jalapeños.
Roasted Tomato Tartlet: There is nothing better than tomatoes picked at the peak of there ripeness and roasted, t’s a classic. Our hearty crust is filled with Sierra Nevada goat cheese blended with a basil & arugula walnut pesto topped with roasted tomatoes & garnished with sunflower petals & basil.
Chocolate Pudding: Red Wine reduction, chocolate cake, chantilly (Gratta Cabernet)
Cheesecake Pudding: Red Wine mixed berry compote, candied pecan crust (Gratta Zinfandel)
