The Sous Vide Egg Tartlet - Gluten & Dairy Free:

Duck Egg Option

DO NOT OVERCOOK if you want a creamy “custard like” yoke.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FROM FROZEN:

KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO COOK OR REMOVE FROM BAG TO DEFROST IN FRIDGE - NO PRESERVATIVES

If your tartlet is defrosted cut these heating times in half.

Steam in Microwave (the most precise method) : Keep in the bag, cut a small slit in the bag so the seal releases, cook 90–100 seconds, this is the sweet spot for most microwaves.

Duck Egg - Add another 10 seconds to heat the larger duck eggs.

Frying Pan: put a little olive oil in a pan, remove from container, cook egg side up on medium heat, spread out the beans as they warm, cook with lid on until beans get crispy on the bottom and the egg is heated through 15-25 min.

Duck Egg - Add another minute to heat the larger duck eggs.

Toaster oven or oven: 300 degrees for 20-30 minutes, keep an eye on it. Optional - cover with foil while baking.

Duck Egg - Add another minute to heat the larger duck eggs.
