THE SAVORY CARROT TARTE TATIN

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FROM FROZEN:

KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO COOK - Or take out of plastic package to defrost in the fridge.

NO PRESERVATIVES

Toaster oven or oven: 350 degrees for 35-45 until the interior is heated through.

Microwave: Remove from plastic packaging, leave in paper container. Heat on high 4-5 minutes, finish in the toaster oven for a crisper crust.

If your tartlet is defrosted cut these heating times in half.

THE MOUSSE TARTLET

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FROM FROZEN:

KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO COOK - We do not recommend defrosting this tartlet before heating, but you can take out of plastic package to defrost in the fridge.

 NO PRESERVATIVES

Serving suggestions – Enjoy as a complete meal, as a side dish or serve to guests as an appetizer garnished with tiny leaves of fresh edible flowers or herbs.

For more protein we suggest adding anchovies.

 Stove Top: Remove from packaging, place in pot on medium heat, stir as it heats, heat until warm 5-10 min.

Microwave: Remove from plastic packaging, leave in paper container, put on a plate or remove mousse from all containers and heat in your own bowl.  Heat on high 3-4 minutes, stir well before eating.

Toaster oven or oven: 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes, stir well before eating.

If your tartlet is defrosted cut these heating times in half.

THE BLEU AUTUMN TARTLET

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FROM FROZEN:

KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO COOK - Or take out of plastic package to defrost in the fridge.

 NO PRESERVATIVES

Toaster oven or oven: 350 degrees for 35-45 until yuba is crispy and the interior is heated through.

Microwave: We do not recommend microwaving this tartlet, but if you need it fast and also have a toaster oven handy, the following works well. Remove from plastic packaging, leave in paper container.  Heat on high 2 minutes. Finish in toaster oven or oven on broil 3-4 minutes until yuba is crispy. Watch it so it doesn’t burn.

BREAKFAST BERRY TARTLET

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FROM FROZEN:

KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO COOK - We do not recommend defrosting this tartlet before heating unless you take it out of the plastic packaging, otherwise the fromage sticks to the bag.

 NO PRESERVATIVES

Serving suggestions – For an extra treat add chopped nuts,  ground flax or pumpkin seeds, maca or matcha powder, cacoa nibs, fresh rose petals, extra fruit or a drizzle of local honey.
