COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FROM FROZEN:

KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO COOK - We do not recommend defrosting this tartlet before heating

 NO PRESERVATIVES

Serving suggestions – For an extra treat add chopped nuts,  ground flax or pumpkin seeds, maca or matcha powder, cacoa nibs, fresh rose petals, extra fruit or a drizzle of local honey.

 

The Breakfast Berry Tartlet:

Stove Top: Remove from packaging, place in pot on medium heat, stir as it heats, heat until warm 5-10 min.

Microwave: Leave in paper container, put on a plate or remove from all containers and heat in your own bowl.  Heat on high 3-4 minutes, stir well before eating.

Toaster oven or oven: 300 degrees for 30-35 minutes, stir well before eating.

Serving suggestions – Enjoy as a complete meal, as a side dish or serve to guests as an appetizer garnished with tiny leaves of fresh edible flowers or herbs.

For more protein we suggest adding anchovies.
